Available in 3 sizes:

7 inch - Overall frame size 12 x 16 inch

10 inch - Overall frame size 16 x 20 inch

12 inch - Overall frame size 16 x 20 inch

For your frame colour choice you can choose from Gold, Silver or Black (Didi and 10 inch only)

For the mount colour you can choose from Black, Red, Blue, Burgundy, Ivory and Cream (except 7 inch).

The centre of the disc is personalised with the name of the song and the artist that was No. 1 on the day of the Birthday. The dedication plate is for you to add a personalised message over 4 lines. You are limited to 60 characters per line. You also add a photo to make this an extra special memento. Please use the upload facility to add your required image.
